Heidi Arndt, RDH, BSDH
FOUNDER & CEO
Heidi Arndt RDH, BSDH has been working in the dental field for over 18 years. Her experience stretches from working as a treatment coordinator, dental assistant, and practice manager before graduating from the University of Minnesota with a bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene.
Heidi spent the early part of her career working in private practice and at the Mayo Clinic (Department of Dental Specialties). In 2002, Heidi began working for American Dental Partners, where she was a dental hygiene mentor/coach and was later promoted to Director, Dental Hygiene Development. Heidi managed over $140 million in annual revenue, and led all dental hygiene development activities for American Dental Partners affiliated dental groups (more than 250 practices and 1000 dental hygienists across the entire United States). Heidi created and implemented a mentoring and dental hygiene development curriculum, that improved patient care, created accountability and increased hygiene profits exponentially year after year.
Sara Honeycutt is a Certified Public Accountant with a dual Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance and a Master of Accountancy from Abilene Christian University. Sara brings 14-years of experience in Accounting and Finance to Enhanced Hygiene. She began her career in public accounting with Pricewaterhouse Coopers and went on to build and lead accounting and finance teams at large publicly traded companies in accounting, systems implementation and M&A activity.
Deena J. Ali, RDH, BS, MBA
VP Practice Development
Deena is a Registered Dental Hygienist and business leader with over 15 years of clinical and leadership experience. Deena began her career as a practicing hygienist, and then moved into the role of a Regional Clinical Advisor and a Project Manager to help build strategic systems for a large DSO. Deena has taken an active role in developing and implementing comprehensive care programs, treatment planning and case acceptance skills, template creation, clinical coaching and leadership. One of her main focuses is continuing to incorporate clinical trainings and business operating growth into organizations for dental assistants, hygienists and dentists. Her depth of knowledge expands from private practice settings to acquisitions to larger groups within the DSO environment.
Deena earned a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Missouri, Kansas City- School of Dentistry and her Masters of Business Administration from The Lake Forest Graduate School of Business.
Practice Development Coach
We are thrilled to welcome Tama Martello to the Enhanced Hygiene team. Tama has over 30 years of experience in the dental industry and has held roles that span from Regional Operations Manager to Director of Hygiene and everything in between. With extensive experience as a dental hygienist and being one of the top producers within her dental group, she brings advanced periodontal skills to her work and always ensures she incorporates the newest, most up-to-date technology and techniques to ensure the highest standard of care for her patients.
As class president, Tama earned her AAS in Dental Hygiene from Youngstown State University. She currently holds a license in IL and FL as a registered dental hygienist and also holds a license for local anesthetic and laser associate fellowship with World Clinic Laser Institute.
Tama has a passion for the dental industry and knows how to connect with her patients, doctors and team members. She prides herself in making a difference in the lives of those she serves and of those around her by positively influencing the standard of care for lifetime dentistry.
Director of Operations
Jennifer comes to us with over 15 years of experience in project management and training spanning the health, financial and semiconductor industries. Raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Jennifer earned an athletic scholarship to attend Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA where she received her bachelor’s degree in Journalism. Her career began in government at Sandia National Laboratories, where she led projects as the Occupational Medicine Team Lead. After earning her master’s degree in Health Education from the University of New Mexico, Jennifer leveraged her skills to join Intel Corp. as a Training Program Manager. At Intel Corp. she managed all stages of the training and documentation process, including the development of online technical workbooks for all levels of equipment certification. Jennifer then earned her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and transitioned out of corporate America and for the past nine years has enjoyed working with entrepreneurs and small business owners focusing on marketing efforts, writing copy and leading programs.
Jennifer currently resides in Colorado Springs, CO with her husband of 17 years and their two children. She serves as the President of the Board of Directors for their children’s swim team and enjoys yoga and spending time with her family and dog hiking in the beautiful Colorado mountains.
